Mix 11 is a mixture of 80/20 100% wildflowers and grass seed which will cope with lighter, thinner sandy soils.  We have carefully selected a wide range of species so the mix will extend the season of flowering.

In our Wildflowers you’ll find Tansy, Cowslip, Red Clover, White Clover, Burnet, Ribwort Plantain, Birdsfoot Trefoil, Sanfoin, Ox-Eye Daisy, Field Poppy, Yarrow, Ladys Bedstraw, Common Toadflax, Wild Carrot, White Campion, Meadow Buttercup, Echium Buglos, Great Mullein, Musk Mallow, Selfheal, Common Knapweed, Common Sorrel, Golden Tickseed and Pheasants Eye while we’ve chosen Sheeps Fescue, Slender Creeping Red Fescue, Common Bentgrass, Smaller Catstail and Crested Dogstail as the 80% grass seed in the mix.

The aim of which, once established is to have different species of height , colour and appearance from May through to August.

This is a comprehensive meadow mixture suitable for a light sandy soil types. The wild flowers are robust and showy, Sow at 1.5gm/m2.

Pretty Wild Seeds are registered with the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) under number 7529, so you can have confidence in both our products and advice.
